Pray for My Friends in San Fransisco!

This last Friday night my friends from San Fransisco that were with me in San Diego just a few weeks ago, got physically persecuted by the homosexual community in the Castro distric!
They went out there as they have been doing for years but this time was different because proposition 8 passed in California defining marriage as "One man and one woman". 13 of them were out there with a guitar, a dog and their bibles to worship the Lord and pray for the city, soon protesters came out and you will see what happened in this video...

My friends got DEATH THREATS, a girl got hit, my friend Angie got hot coffee thrown at her face, they try to molest one of my very dear brothers... this people are my friends, part of my spiritual family. . . Please take time and pray for them and most importantly pray for that city! pray for the homosexual community! pray for MERCY!

Wrap Up From the Trip

Hey sorry its taken so long to blog again, i've been going non stop since I've been back and its taking a long time to process everything that happened. I honestly feel that the I will only see the full reward of it when its revealed by the Father in eternity :)

I feel honored to have had the chance to stand and pray with some of my hero's in the faith like Lou Engle, Matt Lockett and Roger, Eddie Brown and all those kids who are laying down there lives to pray for our nation! It was truly and honor and I am so blessed to have done that...

I've learned alot about prayer, about passion, about humility, and about community.
The way I was accepted in a group and the unity that I walked into was amazing!
It truly felt like family! Lou and Therese Engle, the Amabiles and the Halls are really fathers and mothers to this generation, I am so thankful for them.

One of the biggest lessons I learned was the power of unity in prayer... I've been to soooooo many prayer meetings but I never saw such momentum and focus as I saw in San Diego with the team there... with about 30 kids circled around a chair with a microphone in the middle, when one person prayed, we all prayed.... if someone cried, we all cried... when the worship leader sang, we all did... Oh the power of the body of Christ being ONE

We prayed with ONE voice, joining the angels in heaven in worship and joining with Jesus praying for His Kingdom come and His Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven!
IT WAS BEAUTIFUL

The Call California felt like an overflow of that, the whole day there was a unity in the spirit and such a focus and drive that kept the 12 hours of fasting and prayer engaging and fired up for the whole time!
I have honestly have never before been able to go soo hard for soo long in prayer like I did that day
12 hours + and I only took a break once during the offering to go to the bathroom hehe
It was great! I think it was the best Call I ever been a part of for sure :)

Word From Matt Locket director of BOUND4LIFE

To the pro-life remnant in America,

I'm sure this email finds many of you still trying to process and make sense out of last week's election. No doubt there are more questions today than answers. If you're like me, then you've been looking for responses from Christian leaders to help understand where we are today. Please bear with me as I attempt to construct thoughts regarding what has happened and what it means for Bound4LIFE and the pro-life movement.

Response
First of all let me express my sincere gratitude to all those that have followed through with their vows concerning prayer for the ending of abortion, voting for pro-life candidates and obeying God when it comes to compassion and justice. I believe the Life Band represents something larger than any of us realize right now. It helps us align with God's heart and purposes in the earth, and we can never go wrong following this simple path. As always God has moved through a remnant to make his will known.

It has become quite clear that the majority of the American Church has chosen to promote pro-abortion agents and pro-death policies. I believe God is grieved over these choices. It was within our ability to propel life-saving efforts for the unborn and plead the cause of the helpless, but because we have rejected that sacred responsibility I believe judgment will begin with the house of God. I also believe it will cost us dearly. Some will be tempted to dodge their culpability declaring "Well, it happened so it must have been God's will all along." This would be flawed thinking in the extreme. To quote Dutch Sheets, "Too much emphasis on God's sovereignty and we're worthless; too little and we're hopeless."

A rule of thumb that I have embraced is "A casual approach to the prophetic word will produce casualties." In this case, the cry for "change" was greater than the cry for "mercy." We have asked for a king, and a king has been given to us. We will now collectively drink from this cup, and concerning the pre-born children the casualties are quite literal. Today we find ourselves standing knee deep in the blood of 50 million children asking God to bless us and fix our economy. So still it must be said "the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether".

Repentance
The responsibility lies with the Church. We are supposed to lead the way; we are to be the head and not the tail, and we will be forced to live with the consequences of our choices. Please forgive me if this sounds overly harsh. My intent is not to accuse; instead it is for us to accept responsibility. After all the Church is the hope of the world.

Now is the time for God to work repentance in our hearts; deep repentance on behalf of a confused Church and wayward nation. We should all review Daniel 9 as a model for this. May God do a quick work in us and restore us to our proper place. The scripture remains just as true today as it did before the elections, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land." (2 Ch 7:14)

Regrouping
If I learned anything during this campaign, it was how powerful it can be when a people that feel disenfranchised from government mobilize at the grassroots level around a singular, unwavering message. As we pick ourselves up from this moment and move forward let us not depart from the place of intense prayer and fasting. God has driven us here for a reason, and it must continue. We are all in the School of Prayer now. God is bringing forth a revolutionary prayer movement in the earth, and it is still in its infancy. The Church must learn and embrace that the prayer meeting is the governmental center of the universe. Not only does prayer directly effect change for God's purposes, but we should also expect an explosion of creativity if we will remain focused in the place of prayer.

• Creativity for new pro-life strategies
• Creativity for public policy
• Creativity for unity and mobilization
• Creativity for shifting culture through media
• Creativity for adoption reform

Our prayer mandate remains the same: "I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone--for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth." (1 Ti 2:1-4)

Relentless
Moral authority is on our side. Abortion and the pro-death culture is heavily entrenched in the American psyche. The blood of the innocent has fueled the demonization of our culture for nearly 36 years. That is no excuse, however, to give up or even slow down now. On the contrary let us double our efforts and continue to face the giant that dares to mock the armies of the living God. Yes, we have lost an important battle. Yes, our efforts have experienced a great setback. Yes, the days ahead will be difficult to say the least. But history reminds us that the light of revelation can dawn on even the most difficult of social evils--slavery. Decade after decade passed while God relentlessly raised up voices for righteousness ultimately aligning the nation to His divine will.

There is good reason to think that without the steady drumbeat of Christian condemnation from the abolitionist preachers, there would never have been sufficient antislavery sentiment--to say nothing of antislavery interest--to enable the nation finally to go to war over the issue. Equally important, there might never have been sufficient antislavery preaching if not for the tireless evangelizing of such abolitionists as Charles Finney and his protégé Theodore Weld, who successfully targeted, among their many audiences, young college students who would, they knew, be the nation's future leaders. From town to town they went...at every stop bringing their message that slavery was contrary to the Gospels. Until, finally, people came to believe it.

President-Elect Barack Obama has stated that "culture wars are just so 90's and their days are growing dark.' Let our posture reflect that we are just beginning and that we will not give up on America and the next generation. We will continue to pray for this President, Congress and Supreme Court and then for those that come after them. Let the government of earth know that God has already installed His King on His holy hill.

California part 1

I left D.C. last Thursday and flew to L.A for the second half of my trip, it has been a faith builder for sure but it has been great!
I didnt know what to stay or what to do for most of the time
But I knew I had friends there and I knew the Lord would provide
Thats always good enough for me

First I meet up with my good friend and sister in the Lord Rachel Crivella at Biola University.
In High School when I was far from the Lord still, Rachel and her family showed me the love of God in a way that I hadn't seen before! their humility and faith amazed me, and they had a major part of me turning to the Lord years later after I graduated High School! :)

I stayed with my good friend DJ Robinson from Jacksonville during that time in Hollywood,
Hes such a good brother and we had a great time during my short stay.

I meet up with the Call team at a precall conference at Azuza Street in LA
later on that day I took the train down to San Diego and I have been with the team ever since.

right now about 30 or more of us are staying at a church, and we are doing 24/7 prayer and fasting leading up to The Call and the elections next week

One of our main focuses here is Proposition 8. protecting our family values and the sanctity of marriage!

I will write more on this later but I do ask you once again to not stop praying for this nation in this hour!

We are in need of God!
Nothing else will do

I believe that this next week leading up to the elections could possibly set the course for the next 40 years of America

We need justice and righteousness NOW!

WE NEED MERCY MORE THAN WE NEED CHANGE

Update From DC

Hey Everyone

So the Lord recently made away for me to travel to Washington D.C and California to join on the last part of  a 40 days prayer and fasting push with The Call and Bound4life teams. 

Right now Im in D.C. with the Bound4life team at the JHOP (Justice House of Prayer) 

Everyday we have different teams praying in front of the supreme court and at the prayer room from 9:30 am to 3 pm and we do a corporate prayer meeting at nights called "Rumbles" where we worship the Lord and intercede for america together. 

 

So far this trip has been really intense... There was a soberness that hit me harder once I got here... being here in the nations capital, praying in front of the supreme court,  there is a such a clarity of  how HISTORICAL this elections are!  and the Fear of the Lord is on me for my self and the body of Christ... we cannot be asleep right now!

The Word of God is clear on what matters to Him, and right now the issue of life and the sanctity of marriage are hanging in the balance of this elections... I believe we as the Body of Christ  MUST take a stand and pray for God's perfect will to be done! 

I believe that we must have a louder cry for MERCY than this nation has a cry for change!

We need GOD

We need His Justice and Righteousness to rule in America again

We need an awakening!

Through the Bible we clearly see the Lord using His people to influence the leadership of nations, He has called us to pray for the government (1st Tim 2:1-2), to pray for justice (luke 18:1-8) and to stand in the gap as intercessors for the nation (Ezek 22:30)

Just as Moses was able by his relationship with God was able to go up the mountain to plead for Israel and move the heart of God towards that nation, I believe that we as a Royal Priesthood have that opportunity again! To go before the Lord and cry out for mercy on america and that He would not give us what we deserve but that He would give us what we need! 

Psalms 106 shows us a picture of this, because of Israel's disobedience, her immorality  and the shedding of innocent blood, God said that He would destroy them... 

HAD NOT MOSES HIS CHOSEN ONE  STOOD BEFORE HIM IN THE GAP  vs 23

vs 44-45  Nevertheless He regarded their affliction, and for their sake He remembered His covenant and relented according to the multitude of His mercies 

The history of Israel was changed by one man standing in the gap in prayer!

Let it not be said of us that God sought for someone to stand in the gap and found none.

This is for real, time is short... we need to fast and pray 

and I thank the Lord that His love never fails, that He is slow to anger, and that He delights in showing us mercy. 

Mercy triumphs over judgement 

"Have mercy on us Lord, give us not what we deserve, give us not into the false promises of change by men, GIVE US MERCY, Give us justice and righteousness in America! Raise up a standard of Holiness in our nation, God end abortion and send revival to America... In Jesus name.  Amen"
